Hi everyone, Nick here bringing you more fun from the Japanese mobile game market! Today, I'm reviewing an adorable puzzle game called 妖怪ウォッチ ぷにぷに, or roughly translated as Specter watch Punipuni developed and published by Level 5 Inc. on the Japanese Apple iTunes App Store. I really enjoyed playing all of the cute and silly mini games and I think you guys will too!  I believe this is from the famous series "Youkai Watch!" but, I've never seen it! Either way, let's check it out!

This adorable drops puzzle game was fun from the very get-go of playing! Basically, you have to make combinations of different heads you see inside the puzzle arena and line up combos to be rid of them, to both gain points and complete each level. Each character head has different abilities if you end up stringing enough of them together you can do something very special for each one!

Another fun aspect of the game is as you clear levels you earn more and more character stamps in your diary, sort of like collecting pokemon. This game is actually a side-thing for a very popular franchise that has a lot to do with cute animal pets. I have never seen much of it until now, but I wonder maybe you guys know a bit more about these games. If you do know more about them outside of this puzzler, let me know in the comment section!

Without giving too much about the game away, I've left a fun video of gameplay above for you to enjoy. I really think this game will click for you guys as it did for me. I had a lot of fun playing through the levels and enjoying all the super-kawaii characters.
