Hey everyone! For those who do not know I am a huge fan of MMORPGs (or, Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games) and when they are developed for mobile devices I get even more excited! Today, I have found news that in the next week we will be seeing a new MMO for coming out called, LINE Cross Legion LINE クロスレギオン, which is developed by Nexon and will be published by the smash hit, universal chat app company, LINE. Let's see what the game will be all about!
According to sources, this game is actually LINE's rendition of a current game that has been out, called Legion of Heroes, by Nexon. However, with this version of the game coming out that is being published by LINE we see a complete user interface and graphic overhaul from the original game. Perhaps even the storyline and character creation options will deviate from its predecessor. The original game was only for Android, but was noted for having 6 million + downloads. Let's check out some screenshots of the new version!
As you can see in the pictures above, it looks like you are able to choose your gender, class and appearance to your own personal tastes. Additionally, there may be some interesting large scale battles. My favorite part about the Mobile MMO so far is this user interface looks extremely streamlined and easy to use with a touch device. This is important for enjoyment factor. In my opinion, there is nothing worse than a clunky interface so this is really appealing to me! Anyone else agree? Check out the promotional video below for Line Cross Legion! I also like that this online game is fully rendered in beautiful 3D! We will have to see where this title goes, popularity-wise, but so far it's looking pretty good!
LINE Cross Legion LINE クロスレギオン will be coming next week exclusively to the Japan Apple iTunes App Store. No word on international development. To be able to enjoy content such as this you will most certainly need a Japanese APPLE ID to access the store. We've set up a quick guide for you right here on how to do so, easily.
